Cozy atmosphere, excellent food, friendly service. Many styles of beer, we tried the ales which were delicious. Shepherd's pie and desserts are amazing. Location is super close to stadium area, lower Washington Park. Definitely coming back!
If you want an Irish pub, this is the place. Atmosphere fits, Guinness beer, futbol on the screen and friendly service.

Wonderful kind staff, excellent food, we had the boneless BBQ wings (so juicy) perfection.and the fish and Chips. Great beer batter and fries! It was soooo good. And inexpensive. Great service!!!

Love the sausage roll. Tried the whiskey wings this time and they were great. Always great food with fair portions and very friendly staff. A must stop if I'm in town.
We had a great time at Kells! The food was killer and the vibes were awesome. What really sold us was Jake, our waiter, who was super helpful, informative and fun! We were a large group, but he managed us well. I would definitely recommend! 10/10
First time here but already a fan. Excellent beer, whiskey, and wings. Love the vibe too. The whiskey wall is classy and gives you lots of options: whether Irish, Scotch, Japanese, Bourbon, or even some Taiwanese. Staff are very knowledgeable as well. It was fun to ask about different Irish Whiskeys and learn.
My favorite place to take friends visiting Portland. Highly recommend coming on a Friday evening because they have life karaoke as well. The food is really good and the staff is very kind.
First time at Kell's and I will definitely be back! Service was friendly and fast and food was delicious and arrived quickly. I ordered the wild caught salmon which was delish and perfectly cooked. It was also beautifully plated as Tina, the bartender promised it would be. Mango & guava sour was also yummy.
